She completed her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health at Colorado State University, Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Nursing, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Oregon Health and Science University. She is often described as active, health conscious, compassionate, and eager to learn.

As a Nurse Practitioner, she has experience treating Post Traumatic Stress and Trauma-Related Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, and Substance Use Disorders. She is a strong believer in team work and collaboration with clients and their families to help them manage symptoms, enhance functioning, and improve quality of life. She attends monthly community meetings with Maui County Police Department, networks with other mental health providers, pharmacists, and engages with public health agencies to improve access and quality of care to individuals with mental illness.

Molly’s mindfulness practice is a daily direct engagement in nature with her body, mind and spirit. She is an avid runner, cycler, and water enthusiast. She can often be found enjoying surf, SUP, yoga and “moving my way into the present moment through almost any variation of outdoor physical activity.”

Natalie and Jessie are wise and I am so grateful to have shared space with them. I highly recommend joining any programs they offer and/or seeking them out for therapy.

If you were looking for someone who's going to be kind, empathic, really listen to you, and help you to achieve all of your health and wellness goals, this is the place! I couldn't recommend Jessica Brazil any more highly. Call!

Rebecca Osei

She's so approachable, kind, experienced, knowledgeable and patient. We even have some laughs during our appointments. It's so obvious she genuinely cares about her patients and it's so refreshing. I always leave our appointments having all my concerns dissipated by her thorough explanations, genuine interest and calm demeanor. For an extremely anxious person like me who is weary of (and a bit traumatized by) our medical system, Ashley has given me hope. I trust her advice and I can't thank her enough.

The Monday Morning Mindfulness meditations and discussions are an excellent start to my week!

Jessica is not only a professional that stays true to her beliefs, she is open to listen to her client's needs and is able to adapt to deliver beyond what is discussed. She is able to communicate through passion and love in a simple and authentic way that captures the audience and resonates with different types of participants, including high level executives.

Grateful that Mindful Living Group has produced a Kundalini Yoga series in 4 sessions once per week. Tonight is session four and already excited to learn there will be another series available soon. The outdoor space is cool and breezy with beautiful plumeria flowers gently falling. Jessica Brazil is a good teacher and the sound bath she creates with crystal bowls at the end is very relaxing while we are in Savasana.
