Benjamin Griffin, LMHC
Life doesn’t always go as planned which can be hard and require support. Ben’s intention is to provide a safe and non-judgmental place for clients to explore ways to cope, adapt to change, challenge themselves, and work through emotional, career, and personal difficulties. Ben’s philosophy and hope is for each client to gain a sense of empowerment, learn their abilities and work together to create a unique, individual plan for their personal success.
Everyone is unique and special. Ben considers it a privilege to work with individuals right where they are today; no judgment, no shame. Ben sees people as a whole person and wants to consider all aspects of client’s well-being: psychological, physical, social & spiritual. He considers it a privilege to share the journey on this life path with his clients.
Ben grew up in Upstate New York in a small town and holds a degree in Psychology from SUNY Oswego and a Master’s in Clinic Mental Health from Wake Forest in North Carolina.
Ben’s Mindfulness practice is starting and ending his day with meditation where he checks in with his mental, emotional, and spiritual self.
What Our Community Are Saying
Mahalo Mindful living group. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my nurse practitioner. She has helped me heal mind, body, and spirit. Her patience, kindness, and genuine compassion have made such a difference in my life.
Because of her care and support, I am healthier, feel better about myself, and have regained confidence in my ability to move forward. I am incredibly grateful for the impact she has had on my life and would highly recommend Mindful living group to anyone looking for a provider who truly cares.
I have the most profound sessions with Arica Keyser using ART to clear PTSD and even just little t traumas that have occurred. I am amazed at how this modality has shifted each trauma with just one session each.
Having been in healthcare for 18 years, I am very aware that I have experienced a lot of trauma especially during covid. I love this therapy as I don't need to talk about it outloud, and she repeats how my brain knows what to do while utilizing a script and eye movement. It works within just one session and is extremely empowering!
I highly recommend for anyone with PTSD or just needing to clear experiences that have had an impact on life!!!!!
The Mindful Living Group is an assemblage of mental health practitioners of varying disciplines. We all have this in common -- a desire to share in the human experience. Dr. Nill has been nothing short of a lifesaver! She listens, she observes and makes suggestions that she feels will benefit the needs of her patients. Not to mention her staff who are very patient and supportive of your quality of care. I went from self destruction to a path of peace and self love thanks to the help of Dr. Nill and her staff. Not only has she saved my life, but also my marriage. She has been a blessing to me! Thank you Dr. Nill!

Through this sacred journey I was able to make profound shifts - and know I will continue to integrate what I have learned for years to come. So blessed for Dr. Kahu Kahealani, her compassion, wisdom and dedication. For holding us accountable to do "the work" so that we can all remember and come home to the light we all hold.
Take the next step toward healing.
