Then I tried Art with Jessica Brazil, and in the last six months I have seen exponential transformation in my life specifically in the areas we worked on -relationships and wealth. I had the great blessing of working with another therapist previously also at the mindful living group, and she blew my mind with all of her insights into patterns from my childhood that were still affecting my relationships. Their staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate. They offer a lot of cutting edge and effective practices.

I am able to cope so much better that I actually got on a bus for the first time in 35 years. I have also started on the road to forgiveness and letting my family back into my life for the 1st time in 20+ years. I still have a long ways to go but in the short time we have worked together, Dr Nubla and the 5-AMDR treatment has helped greatly.

Mahalo Mindful living group. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my nurse practitioner. She has helped me heal mind, body, and spirit. Her patience, kindness, and genuine compassion have made such a difference in my life.

Because of her care and support, I am healthier, feel better about myself, and have regained confidence in my ability to move forward. I am incredibly grateful for the impact she has had on my life and would highly recommend Mindful living group to anyone looking for a provider who truly cares.

I have the most profound sessions with Arica Keyser using ART to clear PTSD and even just little t traumas that have occurred. I am amazed at how this modality has shifted each trauma with just one session each.

Having been in healthcare for 18 years, I am very aware that I have experienced a lot of trauma especially during covid. I love this therapy as I don't need to talk about it outloud, and she repeats how my brain knows what to do while utilizing a script and eye movement. It works within just one session and is extremely empowering!

I highly recommend for anyone with PTSD or just needing to clear experiences that have had an impact on life!!!!!
