We have offices on two islands. On Maui, you can find us in Kihei and Makawao, and on Oʻahu we are located in Mililani. We also offer telehealth across the Hawaiian Islands, so care is available whether or not you live near one of our offices.

Our Maui therapists and counselors see clients at our Kihei and Makawao offices, and our Oʻahu providers are based in Mililani. If there is no office close to you, our telehealth services connect you with a provider from anywhere in Hawaiʻi, so you can receive care without travelling far.

Yes, we offer telehealth and online therapy and psychiatry appointments throughout the Hawaiian Islands. This means you can connect with our providers from wherever you are, including more remote areas of Hawaiʻi where in-person mental health care can be difficult to reach. Nearly all of our providers offer telehealth, so most kinds of care can be supported this way. For psychiatric services, an in-person initial appointment is required, and depending on the type of medication prescribed, you may be asked to attend at least one in-person visit per year.

No. Because our providers are licensed to practice in Hawaiʻi, we are only able to offer telehealth to clients who are physically located within the state at the time of their appointment.

Our phone line is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and our team is glad to help you during those hours by phone or text. Appointment times vary by provider, with some offering sessions in the evenings or on weekends, so the best way to find a time that works for you is to reach out and we will match you with a provider whose schedule fits yours. We observe major holidays, including New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, with calls returned the next business day.
