These Terms of Service govern your use of mindfullivinggroup.org and the content and features available through it (the "Website"). The Website is owned and operated by Pacific Island Consulting LLC, doing business as Mindful Living Group ("Mindful Living Group," "we," "us" or "our").

Using this Website, submitting a form or sending us a message does not create a provider and client relationship. That relationship begins only once you have completed our intake process and been accepted for care by one of our providers.
2. Emergencies
The Website, our intake form and our chat are not monitored in real time and must never be used in an emergency. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
3. Services, Fees and Payment
Fees, payment terms, cancellation policies and any refunds for our clinical services, programs, events and memberships are set out in the agreements and financial policies you receive when you begin services or register. Those documents govern your purchase, while these Terms apply only to your use of the Website.
We work to keep information about our providers, services, locations and availability accurate, although these details can change without notice and availability varies by provider.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code or use it in any way that could harm Mindful Living Group or other visitors.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Hawaiʻi, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
