Mililani Park Plaza at 100 KAHELU AVENUE, SUITE 221 MILILANI, HAWAII 96789. There are freeway signs from the H2 highway announcing the exit for Mililani Park Plaza. Parking is open in all non-designated stalls.
Our office suite is located on the 2nd floor. When you enter the building please go up the stairs or elevator and the office is suite 221 at the top of the stairway.
There is a large waiting room area and front desk (without admin support currently) located outside several suites including 221. Please have a seat in the waiting area and your provider will come out of suite 221 to get you at the time of your session.
Please refrain from knocking unless your provider is 10 minutes behind. If you have any questions please contact us at 808-206-9371 option 1 for assistance. Mahalo.
