Health is not just physical; it's also mental. For years, Hawaiian culture has used native plants for medicinal purposes. Plants and other vegetation are used to treat, cure and heal various ailments. Our groundbreaking courses give insight into more than 400 traditional plants from Hawaiian, Chinese, and Western cultures.
Acupuncture & Bodywork
While acupuncture is best known for healing physical pain, it has also been shown to be beneficial in treating stress, like PTSD and other trauma-related ailments. The latest neurological evidence suggests that the same areas of the brain that react to physical pain are also triggered by emotional distress.
We organize Maui wellness retreats that increase workplace innovation, help employees refocus, and reduce stress and fatigue in the workplace. We offer half-day, full-day, weekend, multi-day, and week-long wellness retreats.
