Acupuncture
Acupuncture, an ancient Chinese practice over 1000 years old, involves inserting very thin needles into specific points on the body. These points help release stuck energy, or “Qi,” enhancing blood and lymph flow and optimizing the body’s natural healing abilities.
Benefits of Acupuncture
While widely recognized for treating physical pain, acupuncture is also effective in addressing stress, PTSD, and other trauma-based conditions. Recent neurological studies reveal that the brain regions responding to physical pain are similarly triggered by emotional pain, highlighting acupuncture's versatility.
