What is Telehealth?

Individuals

Individuals can schedule a one-on-one consultation with one of our Mindfulness Instructors to create a custom mindfulness practice. Weekly sessions are recommended in order to learn and implement your practice at home more easily. It takes repetition to create a new habit, and our trainers will help guide you along and support you as you create your new regimen.

Businesses

Businesses may schedule a consultation to create a custom mindfulness program for the unique needs of their team or business. Mindfulness training has been found to improve work performance, increase innovation, enhance creativity, decrease healthcare costs, and reduce workplace conflict. We have a team of Mindful Experts who can offer a variety of one-to-one, groups, consulting, and event speaking to support many of your business needs. Get started on building a more mindful workplace today.

Groups

Mindfulness meditations are often done in a group setting. We offer group meditation practices weekly and bi-monthly. Check out our calendar of events page for exact dates and times. Practicing in a group can be just what you need to keep your individual meditation practice going strong. Learning mindfulness in a group setting also connects you to a community of like-minded, present-minded people.
