Noah Suess, MA, LPC

Associate Therapist

Noah Suess is a dedicated clinical mental health counselor who works with teens and adults experiencing a broad spectrum of emotional challenges. He is particularly skilled in helping clients build communication skills, enhance self-confidence, and heal from past trauma. Noah brings a compassionate and open approach, meeting each client where they are, free from preconceived notions or expectations.

His educational background is both diverse and rich, encompassing an undergraduate degree in Philosophy of Comparative Religions and Communication, as well as a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He also has extensive research experience in philosophy, neuroscience, symbology, and dream analysis, all of which inform his therapeutic work.

Noah specializes in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and anxiety-related disorders. His therapeutic approach is integrative, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Jungian Analysis, existentialism, and mindfulness techniques. He views each client’s journey as a heroic quest, offering guidance and support to navigate life's challenges while fostering healing in mind, body, and spirit.

Mindfulness plays a central role in Noah's personal and professional life. Drawing on over 15 years of meditation practice, he incorporates mindfulness techniques from Zen, Mahayana, and Theravada Buddhist traditions, as well as insights from Hinduism, Christian Gnosticism, and Sufi Mysticism. These practices help him cultivate a holistic, grounded approach to both his personal growth and client care.
