Lisa is passionate about creating a nurturing, honest and safe container as the base of her work. In this loving space, emotions like shame, fear, anger, and confusion can integrate as acceptance, clarity, and insights grow. Underlying causes of stress and pain are being addressed within this healing field, and more space for the joy of life is created.
Lisa likes to go deep with her clients and rescue lost and wounded aspects as much as she enjoys celebrating the victories of her clients’ insights and the beauty of their lives. She desires to help you expand and re-connect to the wise, healed, and joyful version of yourself.
Lisa specializes in personal growth and purpose, integration of traumatic experiences, women’s issues, and life transitions. She also offers psychedelic integration support.
She follows a holistic approach to health, addressing the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies. Psycho-somatic and psycho-spiritual tools like Hakomi and mindfulness are being used within her sessions. Within her insight-oriented psychotherapy, influences of trauma, belief systems, familial relationships, social conditioning, religion, sexuality, and gender are being considered.
Lisa loves to combine the concepts and wisdom of eastern philosophy, meditation, and yoga with western psychology. This bridge between the East and the West has been an important influence in her own inner journey of expansion. Lisa holds an MS in Psychology, a MA in Education and is currently pursuing her PsyD. Additionally, Lisa has studied Eastern Philosophy, Yoga, and Meditation for the past 15 years and has lived in different conscious communities in Asia and Brazil. She has worked in these different settings with clients worldwide for the past eight years. Today, she integrates these different traditions to support the emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being of her clients. Growing up in Europe, living in Bangladesh, India, Brazil, and the US, her personal experience supports her multi-cultural awareness.
