Join us each Monday 9-10am. This donation-based meditation is open to the community.
Mindful Mondays occur each week via zoom with the exception of major holidays and are an eclectic variety of beginner to intermediate asana (postures), instructions in breathing techniques, and meditations focused on enhancing awareness to the present moment in a mindful way. Sessions are open to all levels and guided by Amanda Ford, MSW, RYT.
This mindful movement and meditation group is focused on alignment of the physical body for a more comfortable experience with a variety of guided meditations that follow the movements. Meditations are compassion oriented with attention towards neutrality and non-attachment and are open to all levels of experience, spiritual, and/or religious lineages. Sound instruments such as the crystal or Tibetan singing bowls are often used to enhance the experience with meditation.

Please be sure to bring your yoga mat and zafu cushion or pillow to sit on or any other props you like such as an eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes in deep relaxation.
