Join this 6 week meditation commitment on Monday evenings. The meditation space will be a safe place to sit together as a community and be gently guided into a state of acceptance and letting go of what has been creating resistance in life. This can be helpful to change patterns of reacting to one’s external environment and the uncomfortable sensations experienced in the body. The mindful meditation evening class will support individuals in sitting with and breathing through those uncomfortable places, helping to cultivate more acceptance and peace.
